Deep Squat To Hamstring Stretch

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams demonstrating a deep squat and then moving into a hamstring stretch.  Mobility has never been a strength of mine and one of my goals of 2016 is to improve my mobility, flexibility and bodyweight control.  You will see a bilateral toe hold with the hands and lowering down into a deep squat and then looking to raise the hips up and extend at the knees whilst maintaining this hold.  For those like myself that are stiff and tight, just start slowly with the range that your body can afford you and be sure to stop if you feel any pain.
