In the video below you will see some examples of how we have added in some mobility and gentle loading exercises into the program of one of our clients who is now out of the acute phases of adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) and now in the frozen to thawing phases (phase 2 to 3). All of these exercises have been prescribed specifically to the clients current abilities with an aim not to increase pain/irritation of their complaint, but assist in returning function to the shoulder. Note: Please consult your osteopath or physiotherapist for treatment and management advice if you are currently dealing with a frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis).
