Archer Push Up With Slider Variation

The Archer Push Up is a great exercise to perform for those wanting to increase loading through one upper limb whilst needing to maintain tension through the opposing shoulder girdle.  In the video below you will see Exercise Physiologist Yujin Lim performing a variation on the traditional archer push up by using a carpet slider and sliding the arm out rather than having the opposing arm fixed.
