Back + Grip Training – WOW!!!

Who would have thought that these little ball attachments that go on a bar make a chin up so much more difficult.  Having to grip and hold yourself is one thing, let alone then pull yourself up.  Typically I can smash out 10 chin ups no problems at all, add these little bad boys in and I only managed 4 in the first set, 3 in the next 2.  That was with a supinated grip also.  I honestly dont think I could do any with a pronated grip.  Hence – my next challenge.

Take home message here, vary your training routine regularly to challenge both your body physically, but also your mental resilience.
