Cadillac Inverted Row

In the video below we see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy perform an inverted bodyweight row using the cadillac at Pilates on Bourke.  The inverted row is a great exercise to perform because it requires the individual to maintain a stable trunk whilst building strength through their back with a horizontal pull against gravity.
