Calisthenic Exercises Modified Using The FreeForm Board

In the videos below you will osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy and Matt Harris of Everythings Connected performing an L sit freeform board roll out (great for the core) and L sit to tuck (great for the core).  The Freeform board is placed under ones feet and the individual can easily roll from one position to the next.  The use of blocks have been added for Heath to enable the tuck.  The FreeForm board allows both Heath and Matt to perform higher reps of these movement patterns to help build strength.
