Foam Roller Hip Bridge With Roll Out Exercise

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams performing a hip bridge whilst having his feet placed on the foam roller and then performing a roll out before returning back and completing the hip bridge.  This exercise is similar to the hip bridge with roll out using the carpet slider, freeform board or swiss ball.  The use of the foam roller allows the individual to eccentrically lengthen at the hamstrings as they move from a flexed knee position to the extended knee position before returning back to the foam roller hip bridge position.  For those looking to load up their hamstrings and they dont have access to a glute ham raise etc, then give this a try.
