Foot and Ankle Static Hold Sitting Postures

When it comes sitting and resting on the ground I see many people struggle with finding a comfortable position that is often due to a lack of mobility through their lower limbs.  As a result, some of these postures that we would typically rest in i.e. sitting with legs crossed, tall sitting positions result in discomfort due to a lack of having spent time in these positions.  Now assuming you do not have any previous history of musculoskeletal injuries or complaints that will prevent you from trying these exercises, start slowly by trying to explore these postures and spend 30-60 seconds in them and then look to build up your sitting times.
