24 Apr General Lower Body Conditioning Program For P4O Client Who Runs 5* Week
At Principle Four Osteopathy we will often work with clients who are keen to undertake an exercise program that sits alongside their primary sporting or activity pursuit. In this example you will see an example of exercise program that has been developed for a Principle Four Osteopathy client who runs regularly (5* week) and participates in 1/2 marathons. This program is focused on the lower body and trunk and looks to address both anterior and posterior structures.

General lower body physical conditioning exercise for a 5 day a week runner / we are focusing on general lower body strength training to compliment their running / plus they do a pilates session once per week #principlefourosteopathy #osteopathy #osteo #strengthandconditioning
We have had to careful manage the volume of work performed, whilst also considering the fact that all exercises are performed at home within limited equipment. The individual has also experienced a number of lower limb musculoskeletal complaints that we have had to respect when prescribing this program.
