In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy client performing a single leg partial squat with toe touch/reach behind (band around knees).  The goal of this is to load the grounded leg and ask the client to stabilise through the hip in a closed chain environment whilst keeping the pelvis controlled.   Start with low reps and build rep ranges as one progresses.
