Home Gym Exercise Program Example From P4O
In the images and videos below you will see two of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing their home gym exercise program which was developed by osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy to build general conditioning of the whole body whilst also taking into consideration their primary job roles which involve standing for long periods and working at a bench height and their goals of wanting to improve their general strength and tone.
This exercise program is program 1 and will be put into place 2-3 times per week for a period of 4-6 weeks before we review and look to progress it. Our initial aim is to get the body used to moving and focus on a full body approach with a bias towards movements and muscles that are opposite to where they spend the majority of their day working.
