Principle Four Osteopathy have recently acquired some Mark Bell Hip Circle bands to integrate into our clients exercise rehabilitation and strength and conditioning program. These are superior to the elastic bands due to the fact that they don’t break.   The Mark Bell Hip Circle is a great training and rehabilitation tool because they can be used across a variety of exercises.  We will commonly use these for prescribing crab walks, monster walks, squats, walking forwards and backwards, hip bridges and many more.

Below are some example photos sourced from the internet as to how they can be used in everyday training.
