Kettlebell Chest Press Exercise

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating a kettlebell chest press.  The kettlebell is a nice tool to use for the chest press because it allows you to perform single arm horizontal pressing with the need to stabilise the kettlebell across the wrist and upper limb.  The kettlebell chest press like all chest pressing movements focuses on the shoulder girdle, chest and tricep muscles. The biggest challenge with this exercise is that one may have to perform the kettlebell chest press exercise as an accessory lift due to the challenge of being able to rack the loads safely from the floor.
