Kettlebell L Sit Progressions

Recently I have started working more on developing both my movement and strength against gravity and using some simple tools because 1.  it is fun to learn new things 2.  it is bloody hard and requires a great deal of both strength and control and 3.  I am juggling a couple of my own niggles (right shoulder and left hip) and have been finding too regular loaded squatting, bench press and military press to be aggravating it when combined with treating clients all week.

In the videos below you will see a progression on an L sit that challenges the core also as I work towards a tuck.
