Kettlebell Lunge Variation

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams performing a modified reverse lunge whilst holding the kettlebell.  The aim is to place the majority of the load through the front leg.  There is a narrow stance in this movement and therefore one must have healthy knees to perform this.
