11 Jun Kinetic Link Exercise Strategies For The Shoulder
In the videos below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating a number of kinetic link inspired exercises that has been prescribed as part of their rehabilitation and strength and conditioning program following shoulder surgery many months ago. The focus is on integrating whole body movement in the sagittal, frontal or transverse plane. Low loads have been used for movements where the upper limb is handling a load with a long lever or moving over head. All movements are performed in a slow and controlled manner. This program is completed twice per week whilst they undertake another program twice per week.
If you are currently dealing with any shoulder complaints and would like some assistance on exercises to better self manage this, then please book online to see one of our osteopaths at Principle Four Osteopathy. Book online below or call us on 039670920.
