Kneeling Pallof Press – Core Training

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a seated Pallof press to a tall kneeling pallof press.  The combined movements integrated with the pallof press places different demands on the individual when performing the anti rotation core exercise.  When sitting back on ones heels there is less of a need to stabilise through the hip compared to the tall kneeling position which requires the individual to stabilise through the hip complex to minimise the rotational pull of the band or cable.
