Lateral Weight Shift With Dumbbell Rotation

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a lateral weight shift (lateral lunge) transitioning into the opposite lateral lunge (weight shift) whilst performing a dumbbell rotational arm movement.  This is a great all over body exercise (lower body, core and upper body).  Start with a lighter load that lets you do a good 10-15 reps and you will feel your whole body working.
