In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a number of lower limb exercises (lunge, squat and single leg squat). These exercises were prescribed as part of the rehab program at this point in time for the client because the movements did not irritate the complaint and allowed us to implement loading across a number of movements.
