Medicine Ball Rotational Throw – Core Exercise

The medicine ball throw is probably one of my favourite rotational core exercise because it requires very little equipment (wall and medicine ball) and the exercise is a full body exercise that allows the individual to train movements rather than isolated muscles.

Below are just a few different examples of how I will look to add medicine ball rotational core work into the program.  Each of the examples below are slightly different and either change the focus of the exercise through change in body position and complexity.
