In the spirit of the course that I am attending tomorrow, I thought I would give you all a quick look at some of the concepts and strategies towards the treatment and management of injuries that I will be learning tomorrow.

Tomorrows course will cover the Mulligan Concepts of the Lumbar Spine and Lower Limb.  This will round off my studies of the Mulligan Concepts, after having undertaken the Cervical Spine and Upper Limb a couple of years ago.  Many of the strategies and treatment approaches for the neck, shoulder, elbow and hand have been useful and I am looking forward to learning some new little manual therapy tricks tomorrow.  More tools for the toolbox I say!
