Principle Four Osteopathy Melbourne City CBD Clinic is located within Jon Weller Personal Training Studio in the basement level of 29 Somerset Place, Melbourne City CBD 3000.  Somerset Place is the lane way just off Little Bourke St near the corner of Little Bourke & Elizabeth St.  Other businesses such as The Little Mule Cafe & Captains of Industry are also located in Somerset Place.

Principle Four Osteopathy Melbourne Docklands Clinic is located within Pilates on Bourke on the Ground Floor of 717 Bourke St, Docklands 3008.  717 Bourke St is located just near the overpass walkway from Southern Cross Train Station to Eithad Stadium.   Other businesses located within 717 Bourke St include Channel 9, BP and Ticketek.

Our Appointments

  • Our initial consultations are 45-60 minutes.
  • Our standard consultations are 30-40 minutes.
  • Please arrive at the clinic five minutes early and take a seat in our waiting area.
  • We accept Hicaps/Suncorp, Cash, EFTPOS, VISA and MasterCard.
  • We ask that you pay for your consult on the day of your appointment.
  • We require 6 hours notice if you are unable to attend your consultation.
  • Cancellation fees apply for short notice cancellations (50% of total consultation fee).

A Principle Four Osteopathy practitioner is qualified to thoroughly investigate and determine the underlying causes of your physical condition and recommend the right treatment approach from a range of Principle Four Osteopathy services.

Private Health Rebate

Our osteopathy clinics are supported by Hicaps & Suncorp Private Health Fund and this will enable you to claim your benefit on the spot if you have private health insurance.  Your level of rebate will depend on the level of coverage you have with your private health insurer.

Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan

Osteopathic treatment can be covered by Medicare if you are eligible for the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) care plan.  You can be eligible for this if  you are suffering from a chronic medical complaint.  If you are eligible, please visit your GP and they can then write you up you plan and provide you with a referral to our clinic.  You can receive a maximum of five osteopathic consultations per year that Medicare will provide a rebate for.  For further information, please speak with your GP about this.    We ask that you pay upfront for your CDM funded treatment and then claim the rebate from medicare.  Click here to read more about Medicare CDM.

 

Workcover and TAC

Our Principle Four Osteopathy osteopaths are registered Workcover and TAC service providers. If you are claiming osteopathic care through Workcover or TAC, Principle Four Osteopathy Osteopathy requires accounts to be settled on the day of treatment.
