Principle Four Osteopaths will be hosting a number of workshops at the clinic throughout 2019 that will focus on all things exercise, strength and conditioning and movement.

Osteopaths Heath Williams, Jarrod Testa and Shaun Coghlan are currently scheduled to deliver a range of small group (1-6 people) workshops around the lunchtime period for (40-75 minutes).

The cost of these workshops varies from $22 – $33 per person and we have deliberately set the attendance cost low and during the mid day time slot to make it easy for our Melbourne CBD clients or the general public.

Trams – Trams run straight out the front of us, with the closest stop at Swantston st and Collins St.  

Trains – We are a short 5 minute walk from Flinders St Station, Parliament and Melbourne Central train station.

Parking – off street parking is available on Little Collins St, Russell St and in the many parking businesses (Wilsons parking) nearby.
