Reactive Lateral Movement Training – An Osteopaths Perspective

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating a reactive (client has to respond to auditory command i.e. left or right) that involves a lateral cone touch (same side hand as cone).  This has been added into the clients rehab program from a knee injury in addition to a number of other agility drills (ladder and cone drills) as well as plyometric (jumping, hopping, bounding) and strength exercises.
