Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat With Anterior Load Hold
In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a rear foot elevated split squat with anterior load hold. There are many different ways one can perform this exercise, with Heath looking to sit back down with an aim to maintain a more vertical shin position on the front leg to load the hip more so. The anterior load hold requires him to maintain an upright trunk position throughout this movement which challenges both the trunk and upper body.
