In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a range of mobility and loading strategies that is focused on improving shoulder and thoracic spine integration with a particular focus on movements above 90 degrees of flexion. In this video you will see the following:
- Hanging – overhead hanging to work on overhead positioning. This can be performed as an active or dead hang.
- Modified downward dog against the wall to focus on moving in and out of loaded overhead mobility whilst pushing away from the floor.
- Dumbbell shoulder matrix focusing on light loaded movement that integrates shoulder and thoracic spine movement.
