The other alternative is to take each individual exercise and perform multiple sets of each (2-5) for reps to put together full body program.

Slam ball circuit
1. RDL
2. Goblet squat
3. Good morning
4. Back squat

If you dont have a slam ball, try a med ball, sandbag or dumbbell.
