Squat to Spine and Shoulder Girdle Reach Drill + Progressions

In the videos below you will see osteopath Heath Williams demonstrate a progression model for the squat to overhead reach.  The exercise starts with added stability to aid in mobility and then moves towards less stability.  These are all great exercises to perform if you are looking to work on both hip, spine and upper limb mobility.
