Tall Sitting Overhead Press

In the image below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a tall sitting (sitting with legs stretched out in front whilst maintaining an upright trunk position) whilst performing a dumbbell shoulder press.  This is a particularly challenging vertical press exercise because it demands a combination of posterior chain length as well as core strength.
