The Scapular Push Up

This is a great exercise to train the back and shoulder complex and make sure you are developing the muscles around the scapular.  Make sure your elbows are beneath your shoulders to ensure there is optimal shoulder stability.  Aim to keep the torso neutral.  Allow your torso to lower whilst keeping it straight and then push your torso away from the floor.
