Wall Plank Exercise

In the image below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a wall plank (hands against wall).  The aim of this is to maintain a stable trunk position whilst pushing into the wall.  This engages the shoulder girdle in a closed chain position) whilst engaging the core.  One could look to vary this exercise by removing one arm from the wall etc.
