The Zuu – Rock Press – Tricep Focused Strength Exercise

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a zuu exercise, the rock press.  The hands have been placed close together so that the focus of the exercise is on loading the triceps.  The key is aiming to maintain a neutral spine in this exercise also.  For someone with tight hamstrings like myself, you may need to bend at the knee slightly in order to do so.   This is a great exercise as one can self select the range they move through (start small if you are only just starting out).
